It is almost time for NP3’s annual Winter Wonderjam.
Winter Wonderjam is an event where students can sing or lip-sync songs in front of their classmates, solo or with a group. Multiple clubs will also sell food and drinks at the event.
The event will take place this Friday, Dec. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. Tickets will be sold at the door from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m., with doors closing promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Students attending Winter Wonderjam just to sell food or drinks can get into the event for free, but if they plan to participate, they must pay the regular fee. Tickets will cost $4, but students who bring canned food donations may pay only $3.
Students may bring one guest from outside school if they turn in a guest pass, which are available to pick up and turn in at the front office or Ms. Hembree’s room. Guest passes are due at the end of the school day today, Dec. 11, and no late submissions will be approved.
Unlike last year, Winter Wonderjam will be located at the amphitheater. Because the event will be held outdoors, students are encouraged to bring blankets and dress for the cold. There will be multiple firepits at the event.
Students may purchase samosas, popcorn, hot chocolate, donuts, and more during the event. Food and drink prices range between $1 and $2, so be sure to bring cash.
