Student on the Street: Summer Plans

With summer break looming on the horizon, The Pacific Times asked students:

What are your plans for the upcoming summer break?

Benjamin Tuvilla, Junior

“I’m going to Belgium for two weeks and then doing AP Government, Calculus, and AP Research summer homework. I’m also going to swim and hang out with my friends.”

Aleena Iqbal, Junior

“I’m going to work, do some AP and ARC work, take the SAT, take Urdu classes, and I’m going on vacation to Puerto Rico for one week. I’m also going to try going swimming with my friends while I’m home.”

Shreya Phabu, Freshman

“I’m excited to go to India with my cousins for a month, swim, eat mangos and fruit, and hang out with my friends.”

Luke Nikitchuk, Senior

“I’m getting my real estate license under Eastok Realty, I’m volunteering to be a cabin leader for a team camp at my church, I’m working at NP3 Elementary School, and I’m travelling to San Diego for a week and a half.”

Priscilla Robeldo, Sophomore

“I’m dancing all summer, getting lit with my friends, going to functions, swimming, but I’ll mostly be staying at home.”

Ty Patterson, Sophomore

“I’ll be working, doing Muay Thai, dancing, and I’m going on a cruise with my family. I’m probably gonna hang out with my friends often too.”

Emily Do, Senior

“I’m going to Taiwan, Korea, and Singapore to visit family then go home and build my resume up. While I’m home I’m gonna spend time with family and friends, and prepare for college by studying ahead, building projects, and grinding leetcode.”
