Np3 High’s annual Academic Planning Night and College Fair is set for Tuesday, Feb. 11.
It will be from 6 p.m to 8 p.m in the Gym and Library open to all students and parents.
The event will consist of academic advising for next year course selections, high school graduation requirements, a-g requirements for college admissions, the AP Capstone program and all AP classes offered here at Np3, and senior project displays.
There will be a presentation in the library about Np3 High school about what they have to offer and the graduation requirements.
College representatives will be in the Gym with booths set up all around to talk about their college and requirements, and they will answer any questions students may have.
The colleges that will be visiting are community colleges such as American River, CSU’s such as Sac State, UC’s such as UCLA, out of state colleges such as Colorado State University, and private colleges such as William Jessup University.
There will also be a Verto Education program for those students who want to study abroad.
Students and parents can learn about different types of college campuses and high school graduation requirements from their very own counselors and college representatives.
