VAPA Night is taking place 4-7 p.m. this Friday, Dec.5 in the E building and Wellness Center.
VAPA Night, also known as NP3 High School’s Visual and Performing Arts Night, showcases NP3 High School’s student work from Literary Journal Club, art class, Creative Writing class, TV & Media Production class, and Choir class.
The event will begin with an art exhibition from 4-6 p.m. in E-2. From 4-5 p.m. films produced by the TV & Media Production class will be premiering in the Wellness Center where there will also be club booths and concessions available to purchase.
From 5-6 p.m. the Literary Journal Club will have an open mic for students to recite their published writing and there may be time for others who want to speak, said junior Pia Sison, the club’s president.
Lastly, from 6-7 p.m., the choir will perform in E-1, where seating will be limited.
“It is very fun and dreamy,” said senior Naya Gant, a member of the choir.
There is no fee for admission, the event is open to students and the NP3 community.
