U.S. Constitution Day took place at the Robert T. Matsui Courthouse on Sept. 21. The day celebrates the creation of the Constitution and people who have become U.S. citizens. The U.S. Constitution was read by audience members who included attorneys, judges, observers, NP3 High School students, and others. NP3 Drama Club was invited to perform a dramatic reading of the preamble to the United States Constitution and the NP3 Choir performed the national anthem.
