VAPA Night Set for Friday

VAPA Night is taking place 4-7 p.m. this Friday, Dec.6 in the E building and Wellness Center.

VAPA Night, also known as NP3 High School’s Visual and Performing Arts Night, highlights NP3 High School’s Literary Journal Club, Art class, Creative Writing class, TV Media class, and Choir class. 

The night will begin at 4 p.m.,with a display of the art exhibit in E-2 until 4:30 p.m. The Wellness Center will be open at the same time displaying films from the TV Media class and there will also be booths such as the Journalism club in the Wellness Center for students to explore NP3 clubs and senior projects relating to the arts. 

In E-1, from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. the literary journal will be distributed and an open mic will take place for students published in the journal to recite their writing. The mic will open to any writers in the audience in the last 30 minutes. Lastly, from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., the choir concert will be held in E-1 and there will be limited seating for audience members.

There is no fee for admission, the event is open to students and the NP3 community. Hot chocolate and other concession snacks will be for sale throughout the night.
