Senior Caden Esposito is using his senior project to encourage fitness among NP3 students.

Oftentimes students may find themselves overwhelmed from stress but exercising can help alleviate many of the burdens we have to deal with according to Esposito.

Esposito’s senior project will teach students about exercising and its benefits in hopes of developing better lifestyles. The lessons will take place during tutorial in Anthony Parker’s room, I-2, next week. They will be held on the usual tutorial days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Students that sign up for the tutorial will learn about the science behind exercising and how to develop healthier lifestyles.

“My senior project is essentially a Ted Talk aiming to effectively communicate the science and principles of working out and what it can do for your state of mind,” he said.

Although students may find themselves too busy to workout, Esposito said that exercising can improve mood, confidence, self-esteem, and lifestyle.

“I feel like this project is needed because students truly do not invest enough time in themselves and instead are involved in cycles of self-doubt and stress,” Esposito said when talking about his senior project.
