The NP3 Robotics team is holding tryouts for the 2023-24 season on Monday and Tuesday in Kimberly Knestrick’s classroom.

Students in grades 9-12 may try out for the Robotics team by filling out the Google form which requests information about the student’s current grade, math class, preferred role, and how they can contribute to the team. Students may choose between being a builder, programmer, driver, or notebook person.

There are 24 spots available for new and returning members. No experience required to be on the Robotics team.

Team members will be working to create robots to compete in the 2023-24 game challenge, “Over Under,” in which robots must score acorn-shaped triballs into goals and elevate the robots off the ground.

Tryouts will take place after school on Monday, Aug. 7 and Tuesday, Aug. 8 in F-3. Students will receive more information about tryouts after filling out the form.
