A blood drive will be held 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on campus tomorrow, Sept. 7.

The event is hosted by seniors Grace Saechao, Priyanka Tandel and Thalia Ulloa who have partnered with Vitalant as part of their senior project.

The National Honor Society will provide a complimentary breakfast to donors before the blood drive. Refreshments will also be given to donors after their blood is drawn.

“Our goal is to get 45 people to donate blood to our blood drive,” said Tandel. “After everything, you will be entered into a raffle with the rest of the donors…We expect each person to be in the gym for 15-45 mins to rest.”

Reminders were given throughout the week for people’s time slots. Parent permission slips must be signed by the day of the drive.
