Seniors ended the 2023-24 school in first place in the Pirate Points competition with 2,100 points. Juniors finished in second place with 1,625 points, sophomores in third place with 1,600 points, and freshmen in fourth place with 1,450 points.

Spirit week, the May First Friday event, and Chants took place during the first two weeks of May which meant there were no additional opportunities for classes to earn Pirate Points.

As a result, seniors won the Pirate Point competition and earned the opportunity to attend the Pirate Picnic held Friday, May 17 at Blackbird Park

The Pirate Picnic was an “old school style” picnic during which the Student Government provided hot dogs, hamburgers, and veggie burgers. The picnic also included a potluck that senior advisories may contribute to.

Seniors were encouraged to wear college merchandise of their choice as Friday, May 17 was also Decision Day for seniors.
