On Oct. 21 NP3 High hosted the first Bhangra Bash since 2018 which was open to the NP3 High community.
Around 154 students from NP3 High attended the event, while 66 members of the community attended the event.
The event included a DJ, a photo booth and three performances, in which two had NP3 High students only and one had a mixture of NP3 High and Inderkum students.
Following the performances there was an open floor in which students could dance or enjoy some of the food which was sold at the event.
This event was organized by students Simranjit Kaur and Nimrat Bains, while NP3 High counselor Navjot Hayer helped to organize the dance practices after school and during tutorial.
Prepaid tickets were the only ones available for the event as students and community members had to purchase tickets by Oct. 19.
There were some issues at the time of check in where some students were not present on the prepaid list and were not let into the event. All NP3 High students however were allowed into the event eventually even if they were not on the check in list.
